I’ve lived here for two years. It’s a lovely community. The rental fee is cheap compared to others. It’s also close to the airport, MCC, and U of R. It has some bus shuttles, so it’s ok to live here without a car.

I really love this community! It’s so cozy and safe to live here. The room space is large enough and for every building, it has the individual laundaries. I live in a smoke-free building and it’s very quiet. People seldom hold parties inside their apartments.
